NES for Reactor Core 3.7.x Release Notes

Notes

• This release originates from the open-source Reactor Core project forked by HeroDevs. It encompasses modifications implemented by HeroDevs to ensure successful framework builds.
• This is the initial supported baseline for the 3.7.x line. It is functionally identical to upstream 3.7.19, with no behavioral changes, and contains no vulnerability patches. Security fixes are delivered in subsequent releases on this line.
• Reactor Core Micrometer ships from the same release as 1.2.19-reactor-core-1.2.20, the baseline for its 1.2.x line, functionally identical to upstream 1.2.19.
