Getting access to paid Never-Ending Support products
Overview
Access tokens are issued by HeroDevs to provide organizations access to Never Ending Support products.
An access token is shared by an organization and provides access to one or more products in the HeroDevs catalog. These access tokens are not tied to individual users but are associated to an organization's technical contact email addresses.
Your token's security is important. Kindly refrain from sharing it, even with us. Our verification process is designed to request only the last 6 characters of your token. In the event that the entire token is inadvertently shared, we will promptly revoke it and issue you a new, secure replacement.
Which Products require Access Tokens?
Any HeroDevs paid Never Ending Support product requires a valid access token. Access tokens are not required for trial versions of NES products. Trial versions represent a direct fork of the Open Source Software (OSS), specifically designed for testing configurations within the HeroDevs registry. It is important to note that these trial versions are not intended for production use and do not include any fixes.

What do I do with an Access Token?
Please review our Minimum Requirements before proceeding to the Configuration relevant to the product you are using. For NPM-based installations, utilize the access token in your .npmrc
file for authentication to the HeroDevs package registry.
