Using Browser Links

When clicking on our direct download links (or copy pasting them into your search bar) you will be redirected to a blank web page with a Sign In prompt (the appearance may vary depending on what browser you're in):

For Trial Packages

For trial package "credentials" - you simply need to enter the below and click Sign In.

• Username: HeroDevs
• Password: neverendingsupport

Upon clicking Sign In with the above entered, you will not be redirected to a new page, however the package you're seeking to download should show up in your downloads folder shortly thereafter.

For Paid Packages

For paid package credentials - you will need to enter the below and then click the Sign In button.

• Username: HeroDevs
• Password: YOUR_NES_ACCESS_TOKEN

Once again, this will not redirect you to a new page, but - if you have entered your NES Access token properly and you have access to the product you are seeking to download - the file should appear in your downloads folder momentarily.

Curling the Packages

If you can't utilize our browser commands for one reason or another, Curl commands are another option for downloading our products directly. These commands differ slightly based on package and versioning, you can find the proper structure in the documentation for its respective product.
