NES for IOMAD is a drop-in replacement for IOMAD 4.3. It keeps the same $branch
(403) and the same Moodle 4.3 APIs that IOMAD builds on, so your existing site and
its company structures continue to work while HeroDevs continues to ship security
fixes on the 4.3.x line.
